I don't know if any of you watch or listen to Glenn Beck, but he has a new book coming out next week. It is written to remind us of the "Common Sense" that Thomas Paine published anonymously in 1776 right before the war for American Independence. I believe the same kind of common sense needs to be utilized today! How can we possibly continue to spend at the level our government is spending? Wouldn't any of us be bankrupt, unable to provide for our families basic needs, if we spent money the way the Obama administration is? Are we being represented by our government? If we answer "NO", then it's time we use some common sense and tell the Washington crowd "NO MORE"!!
We don't want to pay for GM, Chrysler, AIG, and god forbid National Healthcare!! Don't be complacent and think things will get better. Things have been getting worse since January 20, 2009! Where is the common sense? Doesn't anyone in government know how to put common sense in action? I know Obama doesn't, but is every other person in Washington unable to stand up to him? Sounds like dictatorship in the making to me. C'mon people WAKE UP!! Use your common sense. Write your senators and congressman and tell them you don't beleive the government can run your life better than you can.

ReplyDeleteBtw, our Costco here in Orem UT will have Common Sense by Glenn Beck for sale tomorrow -- at least that's what they told me last week. I will run right down there first thing.
